Thank you for signing up for Koru: Beginners Meditation!

So what’s your next steps?!

  1. Well first you will sign-up with our class site here. This is where you officially register with our group so that when you start logging your meditations, I can see what you are tracking and respond.

  2. You will also need to download the Koru app, if you don’t already have it. The Koru Mindfulness App is an important companion to the Koru class. The app provides a meditation timer and guided versions of all the skills you will learn in class. It will also keep track of your weekly reading assignment and remind you to do your daily mindfulness practice. Importantly, the app is where you will complete your log of your meditation sessions and receive guidance from your teacher as you progress. The app is available in the Google Play and Apple app stores. 

  3. Pick up the book for our class, The Mindful Twenty-Something by Holly Rogers. You can purchase it or check your local library to see if it is available to check-out. Please have Part 1 read for when we meet for our first session. We will discuss what we read so come with your questions, a passage to share, or your favorite quote from the readings.

And that’s it! You will receive an email from me about 48 hours before the start of our group with your Zoom information and remind you to read Part 1 if you haven’t already!
